Starting the Chippin In Quest
Before you can locate the vehicle, you must advance through the main storyline until you complete the Tapeworm quest. Finishing Tapeworm triggers a conversation with Johnny that unlocks the side job titled Chippin' In. This questline takes V alongside Rogue to investigate various leads across the city, eventually leading to the Ebunike docks.
As you progress through the Ebunike container ship area, you will engage in a intense confrontation with Jeremiah Grayson. Defeating Grayson triggers a crucial narrative moment that directly influences how you obtain the keys to the vehicle's shipping container.
Unlocking the Shipping Container
During the interrogation with Grayson, you are presented with a choice to either spare his life or execute him.
